Terms and Conditions 

 

Client Agreement:

Client agrees to pay fees in accordance with payment agreements. Client is responsible for Makeup Artist fees, assistant fees, parking and travel fees. Client agrees to inform the bridal party to inform the Makeup Artist of any sensitivities or allergies they may have to any types of makeup, products, and treatments. __________Initial

 

Deposit Agreement: Client will pay Makeup Artist 50% of the total invoice upon booking the consultation. Client agrees to pay upon consultation or before the bridal trail either by Debit/ Credit  or cash only. This is non-refundable. Cancellation will forfeit the deposit. __________Initials

 

Travel Agreement: No fee is charged within the Edmonton area. Anything exceeding 20 minutes outside of the city will be subject to $0.50/km. If Makeup Artist is required to travel out of the province or due to an early call time before 7 am extra charge will incur. Client will be responsible for hotel, travel, and gas fees._______________ Initials

 

Liability Agreement:

Makeup Artist shall provide services with sanitation, hygiene and professional quality products. Makeup Artist shall perform the services promptly on the date and time agreed. 

Client agrees to hold Makeup Artist and assistants free of any liability from allergic reactions, injuries, losses, damage, cost, claims and actions that may occur to the Client  or party. ___________ Initial

 

Advertising Agreement:

Client agrees to allow Makeup Artist to take before and after pictures for promotional purposes.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

 

If the event cancels after consultation is done the Client is responsible for the remaining invoices balance to be paid immediately upon news of cancellation. If the event is postponed within two months of the event date there is no cancellation charge.once the contract is signed and dated the Client is responsible for any cancellation on the event date.

 

Entire Agreement: 

 

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE, UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF USE, AND WILL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS OF USE REPRESENT THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US AND THAT IT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
